On Friday, 22 May at 7:00pm, we’re hosting an exclusive whisky tasting experience at Ample Bar & Café — featuring the renowned Morris of Rutherglen.

Guided by the Morris team, you’ll be taken through five exceptional whisky tastings, each showcasing the craftsmanship, heritage, and bold character that has made Morris one of Australia’s most respected producers.

A special release whisky — a rare and limited expression that captures the depth and richness of Rutherglen’s fortified wine heritage, reimagined through world-class whisky making. This is a unique opportunity to taste something truly distinctive and not easily found elsewhere.
